New Client - Wait List

Due to the overwhelming support of our wonderful customers and the Delaware, Ohio community, Cricket's K9 Clips | Grooming Salon is unable to accept new customers at this time.

We ask that you register online as a new customer to be placed on the waiting list.

The Groomer will contact you after successful registration to discuss your service needs and our current availability.

Aggressive Dogs - Please see notice below
Aggressive Behavior Notice

Aggressive or Dangerous Pets: Owners MUST inform Cricket’s K9 Clips, LLC. if their pet(s) will bite, has bitten, or is aggressive to people, other pets or specific grooming procedures. Muzzles and/ or other restraints may be used if necessary. Muzzling will not harm your pet and protects both the pet and the groomer. Cricket’s K9 Clips, LLC. reserves the right to refuse/stop services for such pet(s) at any time before or during the grooming process, and charge an Aggressive Dog Fee, in addition to the regular grooming charge.


Late Drop-Off, Late Pick-Ups & Cancellations - Please see notice below
NOTICE: Clients who are late for Drop-Off time risk losing their appointment without notice.

Late Pick-Ups: We are not a pet boarding facility. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, Pet Owners (or agents) are expected to pick up their pets within 2 hours after notification of completion. Pets that are not picked up prior to close of business may be charged a late pickup fee ($50.00 per pet, per hour).

No Shows & Cancellations: No shows and last-minute cancellations are subject to a $20.00 FEE PER PET, which may be added to your next appointment. Prepayment may be required before another appointment is booked. We understand there may be emergency situations and will work with you, but not on a continued basis. Please be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business, and another client could have taken your appointment if we had known.

Extremely Matted Coat - Please see notice below
Extremely Matted Coat/ Hair 

The safety and comfort of our most valued clients, and the satisfaction of the owners that entrust Cricket's K9 Clips is paramount to our success. To avoid possible injury, any dog found to have extremely matted coat/ hair may be referred to Veterinary Services at the sole discretion of Cricket's K9 Clips. Owners will be responsible to take further action, and may be charged for any services completed by the grooming salon, as stated in the Terms of Service agreement. Please speak with your groomer if you suspect your dog's coat/ hair may be severely matted. We would be happy to answer any question you may have.

Dogs over 50 pounds will be accepted on a case by case basis.
